DPSST hosts the Oregon Association Chiefs of Police and Oregon State Sheriffs Association Fall Leadership Conference each fall where the chiefs and sheriffs can receive training and information.

Fall Conference
DPSST was unable to host our 2021 Fall Conference, but fortunately Dayspring Fellowship in Keizer was available and willing to provide space for our first in-person conference since 2019.

Virtual Leadership Symposium
Our 2020 fall conference could not be held in person at DPSST so we quickly pivoted and put together our first-ever virtual symposium.
